Our story
A family-run crew that treats every breakdown like its own
Ironhook Towing started in 2012 with one second-hand wrecker and a simple promise: answer fast, charge fairly and never leave a driver guessing. Fourteen years later we run a full fleet of flatbeds and wheel-lifts across the Odessa metro area — but the promise hasn't changed.
Our dispatch desk is staffed around the clock by people who know every exit on I-20, which means the truck we send is always the closest one, not just the next one in line. That is how we keep our average arrival under 35 minutes.
How we work
Three steps between your call and the road
You call, we locate
Share your location and vehicle type. The dispatcher quotes the exact price and sends the nearest suitable truck.
We fix or hook up
On arrival the operator tries the roadside fix first — tire, battery, fuel. If it needs a shop, your car rides the flatbed.
You sign, you go
One condition report with photos, one transparent invoice. Pay by card on the spot or through the store checkout.
