A flat doesn't have to mean a tow. Our vans carry jacks, torque wrenches, plugs and a compressor, so most punctures are fixed where you stand — and if your spare is usable, we fit and torque it to manufacturer spec.
No spare, run-flats, or a shredded sidewall? We'll say so plainly, secure the car, and convert the visit into a flatbed tow at the rate you already agreed — you never pay twice for the callout.
